At Soundan, we are committed to providing products of the highest quality. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, we will be happy to assist you.

1. Products Eligible for Return

We only accept returns for products that:

Arrive damaged during shipping.
Have a manufacturing defect.
Do not function properly due to a product defect.

Returns will not be accepted for change of mind, ordering mistakes, or any reason other than those listed above.

2. Return Request Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to report any issue.

After this period, we cannot guarantee that your return request will be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us and provide:

Your order number.
Your full name.
A detailed description of the issue.
Photos or videos clearly showing the defect or damage.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If your return is approved because the product is defective or damaged, Soundan will cover all return shipping costs.

Please do not send any product back without first receiving our return instructions.

5. Refund or Replacement

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we may, at our discretion:

Replace the product with a new one.
Repair the product, where possible.
Issue a refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period after the return has been approved.

6. Personalized Products

Many of the products sold by Soundan are manufactured or customized according to the customer’s specifications.

In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal or for a change of mind.

However, this limitation does not affect the customer’s statutory rights if the product is defective or has been damaged during shipping, in which case this Return Policy will apply in full.
